Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
The Ritual Journal Collective takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use this site. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool. It does not:
- Use cookies
- Collect personal data
- Track visitors across websites
- Build advertising profiles
Plausible collects aggregate, anonymized data about page visits: which pages receive traffic, general geographic region (country level only), referring domains, and device type. No individual visitor is identifiable from this data.
You can learn more about Plausible's approach to privacy at plausible.io/privacy.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. No cookie banner is required because we use no cookies that require consent under GDPR or equivalent legislation.
Data we do not collect
- Names or email addresses (we have no newsletter or account system)
- Payment information (we do not process payments directly)
- Location data beyond country level
- Behavioral data across sessions
- Any data that could identify an individual visitor
External links
This site contains links to external websites, including third-party resources and products. When you click those links, you leave our site and are subject to the privacy policies of those external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
Contact and data requests
If you have questions about your privacy or want to make a data request, contact us at editor@theritualjournalcollective.com.
Because we collect no personal data, there is typically nothing to delete or export. But we will respond to any inquiry.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how any already-collected data is used.
