What we welcome
- Story tips — research, case studies, or practices we should cover
- Research you've found compelling — particularly peer-reviewed work on somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, IFS, or grief science
- Guest pitches — we occasionally publish guest pieces from somatic practitioners, grief counselors, and researchers. Pitches should include a brief bio and a 2-3 sentence summary of the piece you'd like to write.
- Corrections — if you find a factual error in an article, please tell us. We take accuracy seriously and correct errors promptly.
What we don't accept
- Sponsored content or product placements
- Guest posts that are primarily promotional
- Link exchange requests
We try to respond to all emails within 5 business days. We are a small editorial team and cannot guarantee responses to every pitch.
